Regular drop ins

Regular online drop in meditations are Tuesday evening at 7.30 for an hour and Thursday morning at 7.45 for half an hour. All welcome, no prior experience necessary. They are offered freely, but donations are welcome. Check out Mindfulness Wakefield for details of how to join – no need to book. 

Mentoring and Supervision

Ken is an experienced mindfulness teacher and he is now offering supervision for anyone working in a pro bono way to deliver mindfulness, on a donation basis. For anyone seeking supervsion where they are paid for their teaching, they can find an excellent supervisor from: The Mindfulness Network – High-quality mindfulness-based supervision for trainees and teachers who are already practising (mindfulness-network.org).

Ken can also offer mentoring on mindfulness if you are seeking advice or support for your mindfulness practice.
