You can’t stop the waves but you can learn how to surf

Our drop in sessions are open to anyone. If you want to try mindfulness meditation, or want to practice with other people, this could be for you. Click on one of the buttons below to join the meeting. For the time being these are being run online using zoom. If it is your first time, please read our safe space policy, below.

Evening Meditation

Mindfulness Meditation Group meets almost every Tuesday at 7.30 pm for an hour.  Suggested donation £5 per session (or £3 for concessions) – you can just turn up and pay on the night. Typically we will do a sitting meditation, some gentle movement, and another meditation.

Morning Meditation

Morning Meditation, half an hour every Thursday morning at 7.45. Check out the online schedule. Suggested donation £3.
